Paying your annual assessment to the Forest Park Homeowner’s Association is easy to do and important to our future!

 Your assessment funds go towards paying for our street lights, property taxes, the pool, and all of the fun events we sponsor throughout the year.  We have our usual mail-in method for paying your annual assessment as well as a new Venmo option.

Assessments include a family pool membership!

– Annual Assessment is $175.00 for a General Household ($125 if you pay by May 31st)
– Annual Assessment is $110.00 for a Senior Household (age 65 and up) ($60 if you pay by May 31st)
– Non-Resident is $250.00 for an annual pool membership
